History

History is made everyday.
At least, that's what the History Channel tells me. Despite that particular channel becoming more of a Reality-TV Channel, I love history. History calls to me in a way that other things don't. I feel I can act and decide more appropriately if I know the history of my situation, and try to understand it.

Four wheels move the body. Two wheels move the soul.
I love this quote. I think it's from a bumper sticker, that is where I saw it, at least. It's absolutely true. Motorcycling is my obsession, my release. Even after having wrecked a bike, I cannot stay away. I can't explain it to those who don't already know, so I won't try.

See you later, crocodile!
Logan has been saying this to me recently when I leave the house. I usually just reply with "After a while, alligator!" It's just too ridiculously cute to correct him. He has been using more correct grammar and syntax lately, which is remarkable when you examine the quality of speech he is exposed to at home. :)

STEVE!
Kris and Logan and I drove down to Lufkin to see a family friend. This was about two weeks ago. I thoroughly enjoyed the trip and seeing Steve. My left knee (the one that got bashed into the wall) did not, however, like the five hour trip there and back. It's been two weeks since then and my knee is still bugging me just a bit.
Right: Steve (2010 Triumph Street Triple R)
Left: Eric (2003 Kawasaki Concours)
Little One: Logan (no bike... yet)
